Next Level Urgent Care | Stevens Ranch

We’ve been coming to this location for a couple of years now, and our experience has consistently been excellent. Mr. Rodrigo Moreno has been absolutely amazing — compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly attentive. We genuinely wish we could have him as our primary physician. The entire staff is always patient, kind, understanding, and professional. We are so grateful for the care we receive here and highly recommend this office.

I had an excellent experience at Next Level Urgent Care - Stevens Ranch (14211 Potranco Rd #100). From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The clinic was clean, organized, and the wait time was minimal. Blanca Mueller, PA-C, was absolutely outstanding—kind, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and cared for. I never felt rushed, and her compassionate approach truly made a difference. Great experience. Entire staff was professional and responsive. Was taken back on time, testing promptly performed and consultation of results were given in short order. Diagnosis and scripts were discussed and I was out the door. This will be my new “go to” urgent care choice: Next Level Clinic Steven's Ranch location. So much better than other urgent care clinics in SA.

I waited for about 20-30 minutes in the reception area after my appointment time. Also the PA told me she was going send a Rx for toradol for sciatica pain in my left leg but when I went to the pharmacy my in Rxs for what was going on with nose running and coughing were ready but that no Rx for pain had not been received so I called the clinic back and the receptionist said she would have it sent again. When it was ready not toradol but another pain med was called in so I took it home and googled it and it warned about taking it with a heart condition which I have so I would not take it and found something that said toradol is no longer allowed to be Rxed in the USA.

Nurse Moreno is very professional and thorough. We’ve come here for nearly two years and it’s been nothing but consistency in high quality service. Staff is always attentive to details and professional as well. Love the assistants especially Jess Ariel and Arianna. Great team!
