I had an excellent experience at the South Rim location. Dr. Julian Davila, and Nurses Alexa and Eylissa were truly outstanding. They were patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel fully comfortable and cared for. The young lady at the front desk was also very kind and welcoming, which made check-in quick and stress free. Great customer service from the moment I walked in. This clinic is also a great option for people without insurance the pricing was upfront, fair, and there were no hidden fees. I recently visited Next Level Urgent Care and had a truly positive experience. Susan Ogden, PA-C, was incredibly attentive and thorough during my visit. She took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and made sure I fully understood everything. She also explained important details about the medication I’m taking that I wasn’t aware of, which made me feel much more informed and at ease about my care. Ben Jeremy, the medical assistant, was kind, efficient, and very helpful throughout the process. He made everything feel smooth and comfortable. The front desk staff member was welcoming and accommodating from the moment I walked in. Overall, I felt genuinely cared for and respected. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for thoughtful and thorough urgent care.

I went in for pre-employment drug screening and physical. I had a great experience beginning from the moment I walked in until I left. The MA Jeremy was very kind and attentive. Explained process thoroughly. Susan was the medical provider that I met with and she was very kind as well and was very thorough with my physical. I had a great experience and will start coming to this establishment with any urgent health concerns.

We had such a positive experience at Next Level Prime Urgent Care. Tarik, medical assistant, was incredibly kind and had wonderful bedside manner. He talked my daughter through a panic attack before her blood draw and helped her feel safe and calm. Also gave her cold packs after and popsicle afterwards. The PA, Susan Ogden, was equally amazing. She made us feel truly seen and heard, took time to listen, and explained everything clearly. She was compassionate and walked us through a thoughtful plan for care. My son woke up with a fever yesterday, so I booked an appointment via the Next Level Urgent Care app. The app is super easy to use, and as a Prime member, the visit was 100% covered by insurance. We arrived on time and were greeted warmly and checked in immediately. I strongly suggest booking an appointment if possible, as there are multiple time slots available and it helps avoid waiting. The facility is very clean and modern. My son’s vitals were checked, and he was swabbed. The staff made my 8-year-old feel very comfortable throughout the process. Within 15 minutes, the doctor came back with the results and discussed the next steps in detail. We were not rushed, and all our questions were answered thoroughly.
