Next Level Urgent Care | Red River

I've taken my son to this location twice and have satisfactory experiences. The staff are friendly. They remain on schedule. And my most recent visit was awesome thanks to Paula Amado NP. She was very kind and addressed all of our concerns. Helping us through a fractured foot, making a stressful situation much better. We're really thankful for her care today! She's great!

This urgent care was honestly the best I’ve ever been to! I had an accident that required me to get 6 stitches on my face so I was obviously very stressed coming in. But all of the staff here is so friendly and cheerful, and it really helped me feel at ease. I forgot my doctor’s name but she was amazing. She was very honest and open with me about my options, saying that ER may be better if I wanted to reduce scarring. I appreciated her honesty and weighed my options, but decided to stay. And I’m glad I did because she did a great job! When she started doing the stitches, I think she could tell I was very nervous but she was extremely kind and reassuring. Five stars isn’t enough for my experience here. I had gone to a different urgent care earlier in the week with the flu where I was told to “take Tylenol and drink a coffee.” Needless to say, my illness spiraled into something horrible and today I decided that I needed to seek care immediately. Right off the bat, Marina at the front desk was so welcoming, kind, informative and also hilarious. She was an absolute pleasure to speak with and made me feel so at ease. Lexi was the medical assistant that got my vitals and administered some of my medication, and she was so sweet! I have a pretty bad fear of needles but my injection was quick, painless, and she even made me laugh while doing it. She made sure to cover all the bases and really made me feel heard. Great facility. Spotless rooms, clear pricing, not crowded. They take walk-ins but seem to mostly operate on appointments—when I called there were several appointments available within the next few hours. Dr. Kelli and tech Josh were kind, professional and very friendly. They took time to listen and not rush you through the visit. Glad this place exists!

I had a great experience at this urgent care. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and got me seen quickly. Dr. Shajjia Ahmed was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I especially appreciated how affordable the visit was for someone paying out-of-pocket, and I felt like I got excellent care without worrying about insurance. I highly recommend this clinic!
