Next Level Urgent Care - Dripping Springs

Dr. Rockwood is amazing. I truly wish she could be our primary care physician. We’ve seen her twice for physicals, and both experiences were thorough, kind, and incredibly educational. She made the entire visit feel comfortable and positive for both me as a parent and for my daughter. We are so grateful for her care and cannot recommend her highly enough. The clinic gets us in quickly, the space is clean, and the staff is always friendly. Highly recommend!

This urgent care clinic was the best I've ever seen. I was able to be seen quickly. The front desk was kind and very helpful with a problem I thought I might have. In the back the nurse who triaged me was kind and efficient. Dr Rockwood was very thorough and asked many pertinent questions. Her knowledge was appreciated. She presented several avenues of treatment and gave me good conversation when I was deciding what to do. Dripping Springs is lucky to have such a good clinic

I appreciated the opportunity to fill out forms and make an appointment online. Avery, the receptionist, was gracious and welcoming. And, noticing my mobility issues, got the door for me. I experienced virtually no wait before being shown to an examining room. Lillie, the assistant, who was equally caring and considerate, collected my information and did the preliminary workup. I cannot say enough about Dr. Rockwood. She was thorough, listened carefully, got my daughter (who is a health care professional and who looks after me) on the phone to discuss what she’d found and her suggested treatment to make sure we were all on the same page. She explained the meds she was prescribing and how to take them. I very much appreciated the whole experience and am grateful to have Next Level U

Dr Rockwood and her entire staff on my visit on 1/14/26 was incredible..! Second to none! First time visiting this facility… actually felt like I was their only patient with their “VIP” treatment. I was quickly checked in and before I could sit back down… ushered into my evaluation room. After that Dr Rockwood took the extra time to listen, hear and assess my issue. After, followed up with a personal call about my meds called into CVS. In a world of go-go-go, AI and automated services…. it was nice to have the human touch! Thanks Dr Rockwood and staff! ~ mike

I had such a wonderful experience at Next Level- Dripping Springs! Booking an appointment was very easy and convenient, and the staff is very friendly and professional. I saw Dr. Rockwood during my visit, and my goodness, what a knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful person! I will most certainly return here for any urgent care needs.
