We were welcomed into Dr Berkeley's office by a friendly and professional reception staff. We had no wait and was taken into the exam room. Our nurse Arta checked us in. She was friendly and professional. Dr Berkeley was a "straight shooter". She evaluated my medical problem efficiently and offered a range of treatment options. Overall, the experience was a very professional and friendly experience. My wife and I felt comfortable with the care provided.

From the time I arrive to after my operation the staff was great

I had a Greenlight prostate surgery with Dr. Wenske. In 4-5 weeks after surgery my condition worsened. Dr Wenske told me that I was still in recovery process. In 7 weeks my condition became even worse. Dr Wenske checked my urine test if I did not have a UTI and told me over the phone to do nothing and wait. He did not want to see me. I visited another urologist who looked inside and said that there is a mess and another surgery is needed to fix it.
