Cortlandt Manor Oral Surgery

I went to Dr. Delvecchio yesterday after going to my primary dentist and he worked on pulling two of my teeth and was not able to. Dr. Delvecchio and his staff are the absolute best. I def would recommend him to everyone who needs oral surgery done. He was very kind to me, explained everything to me and I was not nervous at all. My surgery went well and am very happy

I was referred to Dr. Del Vecchio by my primary dentist when I needed to have two wisdom teeth pretty urgently removed. The office staff was lovely and fit me right in. Procedure day was a breeze and the healing has been way better than I ever expected—my cheek was barely even swollen! I’d highly recommend him.

This Dental surgeon office is wonderful. Staff is polite and knowledgeable. Dr. Del Vecchio is great and professional. he always do a thorough job to understand patient's problem and provide the best solution.

My son developed Trigeminal Neuralgia after his impacted wisdom tooth extraction. He's still feeling it 6 months after. He got x-rays at 23 but didn't get the procedure done until 25. Problem is the doctor used the same x-rays (when I called prior, I was told the same x-rays were fine) that were two years old. In those 2 years the tooth root could have grown significantly whereas extraction might not have been recommended unless medically necessary. So now he has random nerve pain in his head that comes and goes and it happens throughout the day. What a disaster. My advice, don't get it done unless necessary after age 24.
