Balance Mind and Body Massage

Michele gave me my first massage. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but she put me at ease and was incredibly caring. It was a wonderful experience and I couldn’t wait to rebook and get more massages. This is now a new lifestyle thank you Michele for being such a wonderful massage therapist.

I had the most wonderful and relaxing massage with Michelle. She was attentive and found all of the tension I had in my back and shoulders. She went above and beyond. Her space is beautiful and calming. I will definitely be back!

Michele was amazing during my prenatal massage! She was gentle yet did enough to ease my back pain and shoulder pain during pregnancy. I will recommend her to anyone!!

Caitlin is truly amazing! So sweet and made me feel so comfortable! I have horrible sciatica from being on my feet all day. It’s been a week since visiting and usually i can barely walk after a week of work, I hadn’t felt any sharp pain at all! Definitely coming back!
