My husband spent at least two months at this facility. I can’t say enough positive things about it. He received excellent care by the nurses and aides. He got much stronger from all his therapy which was provided 6-7 days each week. They were also very accommodating to provide a single room for my husband which really helped to provide him the privacy he wanted. I researched 5 different facilities and chose Cortlandt Health. It was definitely the right choice for us. I have also recommended this facility to two of my close friends. Special shout out to Lynette for all she did to work with us during his stay. I highly recommend this facility to everyone who needs this service. It definitely provides not only the medical care their patients need but also a personal family type of environment

The staff here were pleasant, polite, and helpful. They took good care of my mother and for the most part were available to answer questions. The place is clean and it looks like they do the best to keep residents and families comfortable. Special thanks to Nayeli for making my mother company, translating English words for her, and making her feel less lonely.

My recent visit to Cortland Healthcare has been an amazing experience. The medical staff are always available, providing the best care both physically and emotionally. The physical therapy is top-notch. Tawanda and Arianna were helpful and knowledgeable, teaching the exercises necessary for my recovery. The rooms are cleaned, spotlessly every morning with friendly and dedicated employees. All individually prepared meals are delivered on time and with a smile.Many thanks for help and guidance from Nayeli Cabrera, the Director of Concierge and her professionalism with her assistance in getting us settled in and any other needs. Very pleasant atmosphere. AIDS for the most part are very helpful, Rehab team very helpful and making progress. Concierge always willing to help. Making tremendous progress and almost ready to leave.

There is no way to make these visits "awesome", or even fun or enjoyable. They are inherently depressing. That said, all staff here did what they could, were pleasant, polite, even helpful. the family member was reasonably well taken care of, the place was clean and both odor AND cover up fragrance FREE: That is to say, clean. The residents were being actively engaged throughout the complex at several different activity centers and engaged in rehab activities. Really, what more can you ask for? Thank you. A job well done.
