Exceptional customer service by Daydra. We could not get any other Atlantic Health Radiology locations on the line but she answered and helped us through every step of the process and stayed kind the whole time. I am so thankful for the patience she had to take care of our situation well with care! She actually got the job done!

Radiology department never answers phone and refuses to call back fir 2 weeks to schedule important medically necessary test requested by cardiologist for elderly patient with heart issue. They have all the information faxed to them 2 times still nothing. This is negligence.

Shame on you newton radiology. Hanging up your phone 15 minutes before you close so someone can't make appointment. Especially on a Friday. By the way I had to wait for my doctor to send orders,but said you would still answer your phone. I called the operator 8 times with you Hanging up or not picking up before 5. Then someone picks up at 5:10 and says the front ppl aren't there to make an appointment until Monday and to go to the er if I need right away care. Horrible Horrible healthcare

I wish to say that the local transportation from where I live got some of us there a little late not me personally but i am worried about my next trip there for those reasons because our doctors send us there. I also need for someone to talk to to ask how to get a snack or water or charging my phone.

I was in a terrible accident. As a result I am both financially Broke and Physically Broken. I was lucky to have some Health insurance. I was unlucky to get horrific care. My injuries included ( but not limited to ) A severe Head injury/concussion. I'm still dealing with the affects of. A plastic surgeon did beautifully close my forehead. I bruised every single Rib. Lacerated my kidney. Broke my leg and severely damaged my ankle. I received the worst care a person possibly could. I kept asking why was I so dizzy? Why was everything spinning? My head injury not only was never brought up by the hospital ( I obtained care afterwards with a personal Neurologist ( I spent for 5 months, I'm still tangling words ). I had a broken leg. But my ankle was what really bothered me. They said my ankle w
