Met the staff and enjoyed they were friendly, kind and understanding. Was able to leave with my new hearing aids. Yes they were pricey but my hearing loss is profound and I’m looking forward to continued care from New Sound.

I picked up my repaired hearing aid today. Cassie is always a joy to talk to & also very informative about new products. Thank you Cassie for your great customer service. Thanks to Ilea na too.

Excellent, polite and helpful … very skilled and gentle in ear wax removal and hearing aids. Even was offered a tablet. Great people.

This has to be the worst experiance I have ever had, I recieved my Hearing aids at this location two years ago. First they got the order wrong, during this time I had several appointments canceled or they just werent there when I arrived, Now That I need service on my devices they tell me they are no longer under warranty, when in fact I have checked with the manafacture and still have over a year on the original warranty. This was Verified by another vendor. However, New sound wants me to pony up $300.00 for the non warrenty work. Sorry, No deal New Sound you have lost a customer.

Made an appointment because my hearing aids plastic retainer was broken. I was told it could be replaced for $175.00. Because of the age of my hearing aids it was suggested I get new ones. I really couldn’t afford the $3000.00 plus for new ones so I opted to just fix the old ones. After fixing them the audiologist informed me the left hearing aide was not functioning at all and the right one only had one receiver working. Why I wasn’t informed of this before I asked to have them fixed is upsetting. I’m out $175.00 and have non-functioning hearing aides.
