New Windsor Pharmacy and Home Healthcare Center

Very disappointing experience. The service felt careless, slow, and unprofessional, with little respect for customers or clear communication. It did not leave any sense of trust or reliability. Lately, I’ve also been hearing unsettling comments about the personal side behind the place — nothing I can confirm myself, but enough to make me choose not to return. Significant improvement is needed, both in service and in overall conduct.

New Windsor Pharmacy used to be one of the best personal caring pharmacies around. My whole family used New Windsor Pharmacy for years. In the last couple of years I have had to many problems and excuse with them. As of October 24, 2025 I will be filling my prescriptions elsewhere.

This is one of a very few Mom & Pop style businesses still in existence and I'm very happy.You get a warm caring vibe from the staff,xxSomething you don't get from corporate pharmacies.I will contine to patronize this place.I highly reccomend this business to anyone looking for a great pharmacy
