I had an excellent experience at New Vision Dental. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and highly organized. The office is clean, modern, and has a very calming atmosphere. Dr. Au was outstanding , gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. His attention to detail and genuine care for his patients truly stand out. The hygienist and front desk team were also fantastic, making scheduling and the overall visit smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend New Vision Dental and especially Dr. Au to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled dental team!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Au and his amazing team for years, and I’ve always had a great experience. I went through the ortho process with them and have even referred family members because of how wonderful they are, and I absolutely love my new smile! The entire team (at both locations) are always helpful, and Karina is great, she’s always able to answer any insurance questions I have.

I highly recommend Dr. Brandon. I had a wisdom tooth removed, and the procedure was done with great quality and without any pain. The doctor truly has golden hands. I had to visit several clinics, but no one agreed to take on the removal because the root of my tooth was hooked and curved. Everyone kept saying I needed a specialist who works with a microscope, but even those specialists, after seeing the X-ray of my tooth, were afraid to proceed. Dr. Brandon was not afraid to take the case and quickly, and most importantly, painlessly solved my problem. This doctor is truly great 😊 The atmosphere in the clinic is also very pleasant — all the staff are friendly and always smiling . In the waiting area, there was calm, relaxing music playing, which made the experience even more comfortable.

I went in today for my routine check up and cleaning got told I had no cavities, but that my gums had gingivitis since I have been lacking with my flossing. Dr. Au and his staff were very kind and gentle with their work and took time to make sure I understood about my dental health and my dental insurance. Recommend to all my friends and family when they are looking for a new dental office. Now I look forward to my dentist appointments. Can’t wait to be back in 6 months!
