Massage One Wellness

As a massage therapist myself of 20 years I expect the therapist to know muscle anatomy and alignment with the client's needs. Highlights vs. concerns First impression:** May was waiting on arrival; session lasted 90 minutes. Technique issues:** The first 45 minutes involved using her feet to rub over the sheets, which was VERY painful and not therapeutically effective. I kept telling her ouch... it hurts. Missed targets:** I explicitly asked to focus on my neck and shoulders, but the massage emphasized arms and legs. Even after flipping, the upper back/shoulders/traps did not receive the requested attention with only 10 minutes left. And then she proceeded to go back onto my legs, and I had to tell her no. She then went to my shoulders for two minutes or less, and then proceeded to rub

I've been coming to this location for years (before their rebanding) and probably have experienced all the therapist. All of them are great and have their own style. Today I scheduled with Kate for a 90 minute massage. It was fabulous!!! To bad we can't attach picures because my blissful face would of said it all. ~*~ Grateful. Thank you, Kate

Annie was wonderful. Gentle and careful regarding medical issues. Her massage was relaxing, restoring and overall a lovely break in my hectic week. I'm looking forward to booking with her again.

I’m so grateful I found Tisha. She’s honestly amazing. Firm but never too firm — she just intuitively knows what your body needs. Her Thai and deep tissue massages are both incredible. I’m an athlete and she’s helped me so much with neck pain from computer work and recovery from cycling and running. I always leave feeling lighter, looser, and reset. Thank you Tisha!!

Lucky does a great job. She focuses in on areas of need and really listens to her customers. I’ll be back.
