My first visit to Dentists Of South Pasadena. The best experience I’ve ever had visiting in the dentist. My dentist, Dr. Nayomi Ekanayake And the entire staff, including my hygienist, Belinda and office staff, Connie, were very professional, friendly, efficient and explained all their procedures and the reason reasons why. I will recommend them to my family, friends and coworkers. Keep up the good work your entire staff is wonderful. Thank you for everything, the William Saiki family.👍

I had my first procedure done here with Dr. Don, and everything went well. The team was able to work with me financially — the original cost was $1,400, and they reduced it to $1,000 out of pocket, which I appreciated. However, when I tried to schedule my second procedure, my experience was completely different. With my old insurance, I was originally quoted $600. After switching to a new insurance plan that actually provides better coverage, I called to confirm my out-of-pocket cost and was told it would be around $800 — which made absolutely no sense. Update 1/23/26: Nice and friendly staff, clean facilities. Predatory billing practices. Will not be returning. 5 stars for staff and cleaning 1 star for practice and communication. At the start of my visit, I was told to put my head in a machine without any other explanation. I later find out this is a “Cone Beam CT” scan. I was never told why I needed this scan or what the risks were. I am not a dentist but I am in the medical field. The radiation exposure is anywhere from 8-200 times higher than a dental xray series and routine use is not recommended by the American Dental Association unless there is something concerning on exam or xray. Great service they are very gentle and knowledgeable. The staff is amazing all the assistance especially My Dentist we talked about Golf he’s going to start playing it with his father. Always a 10/10 experience over at Dentists of South Pasadena.

I can honestly go on all day about how great this place is. Dr. Nayomi is just wonderful and Great at what she does. She does know how to make you feel at ease and makes the process easy and fast. I usually dislike the dentist but I came to this place twice in one week for a few hours and the experience was just great. I have to shoutout Belinda as well. Great knowledge of her field and super easy to get along with. Great addition to an already great doctor. Dynamic duo for sure. I’ll be back soon!! I would recommend these 2 gals to anybody and everybody.
