New Paradigm Therapeutic Massage and Wellness

Michelle has helped me for 25+ years and she is amazing! My body alignment and awareness is due to Michelle’s incredible knowledge and gift. When she “fixes” me I always walk out with a new found knowledge of where my habits/patterns may contribute. At the same time I learn how to strengthen and create healthier patterns. It’s made a huge difference and at times I’ve been able to “fix” myself through what I’ve learned from Michelle. My goal is to stay active forever and it’s been proven that I’ll get there with Aston and Michelle!

I just had my first session with Michelle and it was wonderful! She did a great job of explaining everything she was assessing and how she planned on addressing it. I've had bodywork done in the past but this felt unique. The techniques she was using and how she was able to sense changes in my muscle tone and length reflect her experience as a practitioner. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for something new and effective for lingering aches and pains!
