NHD never disappoints. The doctor is always incredibly kind, and the dental hygienist does an amazing job keeping my pearly whites spotless. The office ambiance is great, and everyone there is genuinely friendly. 10 outta 10!

First of all, let me say that I had such a wonderful experience from the time I walked in the door until the time I left the clinic. Racquel and Cindy who greeted me with a smile on their faces was very kind and efficient. Lee who brought me back to a room was very kind and friendly and made sure that I was comfortable while taking x-rays. Tammy, my hygienist was very gentle when cleaning my teeth. Tammy was very kind and respectful who provided clear explanation and provided education. My cleaning was painless. Dr. Gracie was very professional and knowledgeable with her explantations and her suggestions. I originally had a cleaning scheduled for December, but it had to be postponed because my blood pressure was too high. When I called the office to reschedule the cleaning, the scheduler asked if anything had changed. I explained that I also had a tooth bothering me and might need a root canal. Instead of scheduling both appointments, the scheduler only booked the root canal, even though the purpose of my call was to reschedule the cleaning. I’m becoming disappointed with this office. Many of the hygienists have left recently, which is concerning, and the scheduling issues are adding to that concern. When I asked to correct the appointment, I was told the office was too booked, and although they could fit me in the next day, my work schedule doesn’t allow for last‑minute changes. It feels

Excellent service. Tabby is a very skilled hygienist and is very cordial. She made my dental cleaning experience very palatable. Dr Riley is also very cordial and extremely knowledgeable.
