These friends( I've been there long enough to call them all that) are so kind and courteous. I had a kinda mental breakdown in there,while dealing with two deaths and a cancer diagnosis,and one of the new workers. So kindly offered a hug and a cinnamon roll.. so kind courteous and helpful. I'd recommend this place to anyone and they also have a gift shop attached with some unusual and one of a kind gifts. Anybody in the Bluefield Va area of this place ..Visit the gift shop and make some new friends in the process.

the chick with all the piercings in her face is a nasty person who should not be allowed to deal with the public! Twice I have had a doctor send them prescriptions for me and they did not have them, which would be fine if they would at least call me. Both times I've had to waste an hour round trip to find out that they didn't have what the doctor prescribed! Rude! Finding another pharmacy. I wanted to shop local and small but those people do not deserve your business. I'm going back to CVS!

Wonderful pharmacy, gift shop, and grill. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. This is a unique, one-of-a-kind shopping and dining experience. This store is family owned and has changed very little in the past 50+ years. It truly feels like you've went back in time! This is one of the very few drug stores in the World that has maintained the original service of offering soda fountain counter service, a gift shop and compounding pharmacy. The food here is great too! I love going here, it feels like going back to the 1950's -1960's, (not like the knock-off 50's themed dinners) New Graham Pharmacy is TRULY nostalgic!

Kim and chris are great people they know my name my husband's name who past away, they are great. I really know that they really care about me. I would like to say thank you for your help and I hope people understand that you really care about your relationship with your customers and you know most of their names. Again I want to say thank you, ya'll are the best.
