Derm One

If I could give zero star it would be perfect! My wife and I got the same problem a pimple on our backs, she got treated at the family doctors in Utah. Here in Bluefield the doctor sent me to this dermatology clinic. We both didn't have insurance (My wife only paid $75) anyways I accepted to go and same day I paid more than 200$. After a month I received a bill for more than 100 $ from another clinic in Florida because tissue studies that I never asked and never never nobody informed me on the beginning and the cherry on the top I still uncomfortable on my back. When I go back to Utah, I will go to the doctors over there. Here is a joke and I would never recommend this place

I have been a patient there for a while. I had an eight dollar bill from them for a copay. I was in Bluefield anyway so I decided I would just drop it off in person instead of dropping it in the mail. The older lady that’s at the front desk who ALWAYS has an attitude problem took it and looked at me like I had 3 heads. She said she would get it taken care of. I come back from vacation to a piece of mail saying they are sending my $8 bill to COLLECTIONS !!!! I paid this bill in person. Their billing dept can’t even tell me who the collections company is and ARE REFUSING PAYMENT !!! How can you refuse payment on something and then say it is going to incur more charges if not paid. The doctor is fantastic and wonderful but the office staff and billing department ruin everything for them. I re

My sister tried to get help here today. She reported that the medical person who met with her did not have gloves on. She was asked to leave the office. I’m not sure what happened. Whatever happened she is sick and did not get care for a long standing hip/leg infection issue which she really needed help for today.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Adam. He is kind, professional and has a mutual love for Doberman Pinchers. Great service provided. Easy to get an appointment. Reasonable wait times. Clean office and helpful staff. I would recommend this practice.

I can't say enough about the excellent care I received. They are very informative and really listen to your needs. They take the time to actually listen to my questions and answered them in detail. All the people were nice office is very clean.
