Bon Secours Urgent Care, Bluefield

I had an amazing experience today. The girls did a great job. I saw Heather and she is the best provider I have had and the service was very fast and my stitches didn’t hurt at all. She did such a great job I was able to go back and finish what I started and will definitely recommend this place to anyone. Also Sheena also made me feel comfortable and did a great job. Hope they get to see Heather!

I arrived in severe pain from sciatica. Your staff took very good care of me. Because of my BP, the nurse checked me often. I received outstanding care, and went home and felt a lot better. In large part due to your staff. Very kind, compassionate, and professional. Hopefully I won't need to go back, however if I needed urgent care I would not hesitate to go back. . One last note. Thank you all for being so kind to my Daughter. That sealed the deal!

Came in 10 minutes before closing with a wheezing toddler. From the front desk ladies, to the nurses, to the doctor, each of them were so kind, attentive, and caring to my child. They showed no irritation or frustration they had to stay over a bit past closing. They each were so sweet and helped me feel calm in the process. Highly recommend this place!

First I scheduled an appointment on line which was very easy. I arrived and with one verification code all my information was uploaded. I waited about 10 minutes and then maybe another 10 minutes after my vitals were taken. The place is extremely clean. The nurses are very nice. Amy explained everything to me in a way that made me feel comfortable. She was very professional along with being compassionate. I normally do not use an urgent care but my Dr. Office was closed today. If ever i need an urgent care again I will only use Bon Secours

It was extremely busy! We ended up waiting over three hours to have my daughter‘s arm checked. I understood the delay because of the seriousness of some of the illnesses that came in. However, she was sent for x-rays this morning. I called this afternoon to check on the results and they were not available at the time. I was promised results by the end of the day and at 9:25 PM. We still have heard nothing.
