New Era Physical Therapy

I went in for a DOT physical and examination. After the first trip it took over two weeks to even send in the info to my employer, which we found out they didn't complete the whole exam. I had to go back and finish a second part. Again took over a week to get in. Then somehow they lost the vision portion of my exam and wanted me to come back and finish. This cost me my start date which got pushed back two weeks. After I had already quit my current job because drug and background were cleared and I knew the physical took the least amount of time to get sent in. Whole experience has been a nightmare. At least the people working there are friendly

Needed a physical for DOT. Had an appointment, and it took over 3 hours to be seen and get completed with the exam. Only one physician on staff during the day. Shouldn't have an appointment and wait that long to be seen.

Now you need an appointment for dot medical card really? Do you have that many clients that you're turning back walk in patrons?

What a wonderful place it might take a minute for them to get to you but when they do they give you the kind of time and care you need and such a clean facility.
