Absolutely the best pharmacy. They are so helpful and go above and beyond and are so fast! My sons inhaler wasn’t approved by insurance and they went the extra mile to get pre authorization from my insurance, I am so thankful for them!

I am working in Carlsbad, NM area so I transferred my prescriptions to this Walmart pharmacy. I was text that my prescription was filled and the cost was $23.99. I use GoodRX to reduce my cost of my medications because my insurance doesn’t pay towards prescriptions. I looked up my prescription on GoodRX and there was a Walmart offer for $9.00 yet the pharmacy said they don’t price match. I tried to explain that this is not considered as a price match. I’m upset that the employees at Walmart are not trained properly because I’ve used GoodRX at other Walmart pharmacies with no issues.

After having rough experience I was able to have my issue resolved by Tobin and I could not be more pleased. He went above and beyond, he could have very well told me to just call my insurance. Instead he went even further and provided me with any and all information needed to contact the insurance company (the correct department) to get everything straightened out. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and hardwork it does not go unnoticed!

The only reason i didn't give them 5 stars is cause they dont take my Good RX Gold. Other than that they are very Nice people and always have my prescriptions when i go to them! The Pharmacist most definitely is doing a very good job keeping everything stocked and having his staff do an awesome job with us Customers! They are also very fast at getting you your prescriptions! Id recommend my family and friends to go to this pharmacy! Thank yall for always being nice and understanding!

I am happily writing this review giving a great big THANK YOU to Samantha in the PMS call center. I live in New York and am helping with my parents care from a distance. Today, January 26th, 2023 I reached out inquiring about my mother'sprescriptions. Both times I spoke with Samantha she was polite and went over and above board to help me with my requests. Her thoughtfulness and professional demeanor made me feel comfortable speaking with this patient advocate. Please help me give the highest praises to Samantha! Thank you, Mija.
