This office has no respect for people’s time. It’s clear their booking system is poorly managed. My kids and I shouldn’t have to sit around for 1.5 hours plus before even being called back every. single. time. If they’re consistently overbooked, they need to figure out a better protocol. We won’t be coming back.

Awesome place. Had a pounding toothache and needed it pulled. Called at 7:30 and they worked me in at 10:15. Took a while to get me numb (no fault of the dentist) but she was patient, persistent, and got the tooth pulled. Would definitely make this my home dentist if I lived here.

One can always try to find the negative to every single situation or business but in all reality; this place is great. For the most part, they try their best in accommodating an appointment to your schedule and the personnel are really nice to the clients. The Dental Hygienist (older lady) and the Dentist themselves are a solid 10 stars! They explain things in detail and go above and beyond in service.

This office has a lack of respect for others time. My first visit I wanted 2hrs with my four year olds just for the office to call four families in front of us. We had checked in before the other families and it wasn’t four people literally big families. When I questioned it the front lady agreed with me. They finally called us just for us to sit another 30 minutes of nothing. At this point I had enough o left. The office manager apologized and asked we give the office another chance. We did guess what lack of respect again. I requested their first appointment of the day, 7:30am. And guess what no one was there the office was locked. I called no answer even though it says the office is open at 7:15am. They need to understand parents have jobs too and toddlers cannot be expected to wait for

If I could give negative stars I would. If you want to wait over 2 hours in a waiting room with not enough seats, this is the place to go. If you need to use the restroom, do it before you go, the restroom is hot, humid, smells like mildew (to the point it’s hard to breathe), has no soap or paper towels.
