Carlsbad dental

Jenna (assistant) and Doctor Mendoza were absolutely amazing. They were SO kind and thorough and I can’t thank them enough. I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars!

I had a very frustrating experience with this dental office. My appointment was rescheduled at the very last minute three different times. I work in the oilfield, and my time is extremely valuable and not easy to rearrange. Repeated last-minute changes show a serious lack of communication and respect for patients’ schedules. What made the situation worse was during my root canal visit. I was already seated in the chair and on nitrous oxide when I was asked to schedule another appointment. When I disagreed, the dentist seemed visibly frustrated. Being put in that position while already under gas was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I understand that scheduling issues can happen, but this pattern and the way it was handled left a bad impression. I hope the office improves its communicatio

Dr. Mendoza was very comforting and made my extraction painless. I felt nothing while receiving anesthesia. Really great care. The entire staff was very helpful and patient.

Having my teeth cleaned by Chris today was an excellent experience! He did a wonderful job and we had the best professional/client interaction. The whole procedure went by quickly.

I recently moved here and have been putting off some dental work for a while now. I have TERRIBLE dental anxiety. I chose Carlsbad Dental because it had a five star rating. I'm so glad I did! Dr. McCauley was great. First time in 30 years I didn't cry at the dentist.
