The staff are superb & provide wonderful support for our dental office. We have been ordering their 3-D printed expanders from Canada and are very pleased with their quality.

Great lab. I have used them for years. Their digital lab slips enhance the workflow in my office. Great system!! also the lab work is top notch and friendly and knowledgeable customer service. The team that answers the phone has a vast knowledge of the appliances they create.

They are dishonest and rude! Their prices don’t mean anything to them, they charge whatever they want. They don’t even honor what they told us and charging $50 extra on top of what they were suppose to charge. The owner is very rude and didn’t let the doctor talk, maybe because she is a woman and he thinks he is superior. He is very unprofessional and arrogant. Also he left another message on the answering machine to insult the doctor, how childish that was! There are millions of other labs that are honest and professional and we will work them instead of dealing with rudeness, dishonesty and arrogance.
