New Culebra Pharmacy

My experience with New Culebra Pharmacy and Nick, the pharmacist, has been nothing but exceptional so far. Granted, I haven't been getting my prescription here for very long, but compared to the insanity I was dealing with trying to use CVS and HEB - every month was a circus where I was the star of the show, having to jump through hoops to get my script. The experience at New Culebra Pharmacy is 100% night-and-day, and has been incredibly relieving. If you have even the slightest trouble with your pharmacy, I highly suggest you call Nick.

Nick is amazing. He gets prior authorizations & refills ready SO quickly. He is so kind & professional. The service is incomparable with chain pharmacies. The attention to detail & determination with insurances & his knowledge is absolutely a breath of fresh air from the countless pharmacies I have been to.

I have never been to pharmacy where the pharmacist cared so much about their patients/customers. Nick is an amazing person with a huge heart who goes out of his way to make sure you get your meds and answers all your questions. If he doesn't carry a certain medication he will order it and usually have it there the next day. He also delivers if you're unable to pick up. I truly can't see myself going anywhere else.
