New Chinese Massage

I have visited New Chinese Massage many times. The business is located inside the Laurel Mall. They offer seated massages and more private massages behind "rooms" enclosed in curtains. Sound from the mall patrons comes through, but I never felt it interrupted the massage. The linens are clean and fresh. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of the massage. Most of my massages have been with Tiger. She is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had (over 100 massages at various places in 10+ states). Great experience each time with her. I've gotten medium-pressure and deep-tissue massages, and Tiger excels at both. She works carefully from the shoulders down to the feet, always leaving me fully covered, as any reputable massage place should. She adds in some stretching. W

I went here with my son and noticed the prices contained a 20% increase I assumed the tip was now being added to the price. I paid for both of us and the man whispered in my ear I didn’t leave him a tip. I replied it looks like you have added the tip in your price to which he didn’t respond. I gave him 10 extra dollars. I will not be returning the massage was hurried along so he could get to his next customer he was more worried about who was in the waiting area. I have had many massages and the fact I was told to relax while getting the massage speaks volumes definitely consider a different place especially if you are having major problems he will definitely make the problem worse.

My husband gave me a gift certificate for Christmas for a $100- 90 minute deep tissue massage. I love the fact that you do not need an appointment. You can just walk in when you’re hurting and get a massage. You may have to wait a little while but that’s fine. I did not wait long at all. I do have two complaints though while I was sitting in the waiting room on the chair a cockroach was Scurrying around on the end table next to me. I told the guy sitting at the desk and he killed it and said they were coming from the restaurant next-to them. I was going to walk out at that point but I checked around and didn’t see anymore at that time. The massage therapist is a very hard worker. She gave me a great massage. I wish she would have eased into the deep tissue massage instead of starting out

The ladies were very nice and attentive but maybe it was just when I went the mall was very loud. There aren't any actual rooms just partitions with curtains which do nothing to mitigate the noises. The waiting area was right next to my cubicle and I had to listen to the very loud conversation between about 6 people and kids as I was trying to relax and enjoy my massage. I listened as the person in the cubicle next to me carried a conversation with the people in the waiting area, my anxiety went through the roof.

I just wanted to buy two gift certificates for my husband and my female friend. It's good that I read the reviews. I hate extortion. If you don't have enough money, put the price higher. Imbed plebeians
