Great selection of clothing. However, I encourage shoppers to double-check their items before leaving the store. I specifically tried on a large pair of pants and decided to purchase them along with a medium jacket. When I returned unwanted items to the rack, the large pants I selected were switched out for a medium. After spending over $450 in the store, this felt unnecessary and disappointing. Because of this experience, I will be returning the entire purchase and will not be shopping here again.

Family owned and you could tell! Drake who was there to help me had a smile an his face and enjoyed being there! Customer service for me is everything and I was impressed! Will be back

Staff was inviting but not overbearing. Found exactly what I was looking for and the online NB sale price was honored. I was in and out in no time.

Salesperson was attentive but needs some sales training and how to size someone's feet. When you're buying a $200 pair of shoes and the salesperson hands you a shoe laced like a $5 pairs of shoes it's kind of a turn off. It's a good thing my feet love the high-end New balance shoes. I wanted to pull the laces tight when trying them on but couldn't because I was pretty sure I was going to buy them. It completely runs the laces and the look of the shoe with twisted laces and without the over and thru pattern. Thank you New balance I'm walking on clouds again!

Chandler was great! He helped me find a shoe that ended up being a great fit for my problem feet. He was patient and very courteous. Answered any questions I had and made suggestions. He definitely made my shopping experience great. Kudos to Chandler
