Neonatology Department of Swedish

My baby spent 3 weeks here after being born at 35 weeks. Most of the nurses were patient, helpful and kind besides one who was really rude. They cared for my baby well and even called a couple times with updates when we weren't able to make it there for a few days because we live in Olympia. My biggest complaint was the lack of communication with a few things including them switching her schedule a few times without notifying us, or telling us she tested positive for mrsa until days later. The nurse who I believe was named Courtney was so nice and made sure we left with everything we needed when it was time to take her home, she went over every detail and even chased me down to the lobby when we forgot something. I definitely appreciate this team who cared for my infant and I'm so happy to

It’s been almost 1 year exactly since I gave birth to my 31 week + 4 day baby girl. In a time that was so scary and uncertain, the doctors and nurses for both me and my daughter were more than I could have ever dreamed of. So knowledgeable and made me feel confident in their services they were providing. Nicu doctors and nurses are heaven sent, especially the ones at this facility.
