We absolutely love this office! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and Dr. Chad is amazing. He takes his time, answers all our questions, and truly cares about his patients. It’s always a positive experience bringing my kids here. We are so thankful!

I kept receiving bills, but whenever I tried to make a payment online, the system showed a $0 balance. Scheduling an appointment was also very difficult. On one occasion, just 20 minutes before my child’s appointment, they canceled it due to an insurance issue. It turned out my insurance company had changed the primary doctor on file for no reason. This could have been resolved in just 5 minutes if they had simply told me to call my insurance and update the information. Instead, they canceled the appointment without giving me the chance to fix it—even though I was already on my way. It’s incredibly disappointing when a clinic refuses to see a sick child over something that could be resolved so quickly. All I wanted was a clear explanation and a few minutes to correct the issue. In a moment of crisis, grace at the front desk literally saved my daughter’s mental health by going above and beyond and checking with doctors and ensuring they could help. She was professionally outstanding, kind, compassionate and got everything that I needed done, done. In a very timely manner at that. Her level of professionalism is inspiring and the office is very fortunate to have someone like grace on their team. DO NOT TAKE HER FOR GRANTED! People like grace are far from few.
