Sarah is amazing! I have lower back issues with degenerative disk disease. It doesn't take much for my back to flair up. Sarah knows exactly what she is doing not just in that area but surrounding areas that contribute. She is professional, knowledgable and would recommend anyone in pain to book an appointment.

Sarah is one of, if not, the most in-tuned muscular therapists. She is the most dedicated and passionate person I've ever met in her field. She is constantly learning and obtaining new certifications to better serve her clients. Sarah is warm, kind and extremely experienced. She listens, offers recommendations and provides excellent muscle stress and whole body relief. I have seen her monthly for about 3 years now. I highly recommend Nelumbo Healing Arts!
