Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy

After WEEKS trying to deal with a large chain pharmacy in getting a prescription filled for my daughter this amazing pharmacy came to my rescue. Not only was their cash price for the medication actually affordable but I didn't end up needing it after all. What the other place could not seem to accomplish in two weeks, Sunwest did in a day and insurance covered the prescription. I cried I was so relieved to not only have the medicine my daughter needed but to have received such kindness and incredible customer service. I don't think I'll ever use another pharmacy. THANK YOU! If I could give Melissa a raise for doing such an incredible job, I would. :)

I've been working with Sunwest Pharmacy for years in several Assisted Living homes, lately is a disaster. Physicians call in with prescriptions, the technician saying it's not there, and I have to call again....it's a nightmare!!! Just today, an new insulin order for my resident received 20 hours ago, not being processed.... the list is too long! Very disappointed.

I'm not going to go into all the reasons why. Just know that Sunwest is the Best! I've been on medications for forty years, many pharmacies, across three states, and I've never had the accurate, efficient, caring, and friendly service that this pharmacy provides.
