I am uncertain how else to express my extreme dissatisfaction with this facility, other than to write this review. By doing so, I hope to prevent others from being subject to Dr. Chartier’s absurdly unprofessional bed side manner. She is curt, dismissive, and completely lacks compassion. At a follow up visit for a diagnosis she gave last year, she spent less than 10 minutes with me. She was disinterested in, never even soliciting, my progress and recap of the last eight months. She was unwilling to entertain my concerns or questions for clarification and next steps. She then proceeded to walk out of the exam room, after telling me it was up to me to “decide what to do next”, and that she “did not have answers for me”.
