Super slow. It’s never been less than a hour. I would recommend going online mhs genesis or call in to refill prescriptions. If you have all day, to waste, go inside the pharmacy and pull a ticket.

Plan on spending 45 minutes or longer for counter service. If you have a refill getting it out of the machine is easy

They mysteriously NEVER get my insulin prescription, no matter how frequently it gets called. The tech told me to “just go to immediate care” for insulin, I don’t think they understand that immediate care sends patients to a pharmacy for prescriptions, and that’s not a solution. Incompetent staff, very frustrating.

The ladies here are always helpful and very sweet, however, it’s a MAJOR pain in the behind to pick up medication that you can’t just get refilled. Wait is normally 15 ish minutes. (Sept. 2023) Update (Nov. 2023) The last few times I’ve been here (from doctors no longer taking tricare, and switching elsewhere, etc) the wait has been at least an hour or more. I’ll go early in the morning way before work and STILL end up late since they close by the time I leave. Thank god for understanding bosses is all I can say lol. There HAS to be a better system put into place for new prescriptions to get people in and out because over the past few months this has gotten ridiculous and I can’t just consistently be late to work.
