I can only give this place 5 stars because the staff is friendly and the dentists are kind and do an excellent job. No problem with billing and they've always been upfront and honest with the cost of my care.

Dr. Greer and his assistant Christi provided outstanding care during my recent dental emergency especially since I’m also pregnant. From the moment I arrived, they were attentive and empathetic, making sure I was comfortable and informed about the procedures. Dr. Greer demonstrated a high level of expertise, quickly diagnosing the issue and explaining the treatment options clearly. Christi was equally impressive, assisting with both the technical aspects of the procedure and ensuring I felt supported and was comfothroughout the process. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Greer and Christi for anyone in need of dental care. Their professionalism and compassion made a stressful experience much more manageable.

I trust Dr Greer not to hurt. He told me everything he would have to do during my second session with him. I’ll now make the two hour drive just for regular cleanings

From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Devon at the front desk to my final treatment visit, my experience at Cumberland Dental Care was nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Greer and Dr. Prince were both incredibly attentive and supportive. My hygienist, Kylee, took her time, was gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. When I needed treatment, my assistant Christi was so kind and detail-oriented, which made all the difference. Even though I don’t live close by, they went out of their way to accommodate my hectic schedule—something I truly appreciate! I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you to the entire team for making every visit such a positive experience!

I liked this practice to begin with and I even trusted them enough to send my daughters alone. They are now 17 and 20 years old. They were berated for having "bad insurance" by Dr Prince and were told "Good luck finding a new dentist with bad insurance." They didn't understand that they had to do x-rays today or they would refuse to treat them. So they did the x-rays. They felt bullied and treated poorly. Then the dentist said that "This is probably a HIPAA violation," but and then told my daughter my other daughter's issue. They came home upset and not wanting to return, which we won't. I did speak with them on the phone, and I felt that my feelings and my children's feelings were invalidated. There are plenty of dentists in town or south, so keep looking. I know we will. ✌🏼
