Forever Fit Physical Therapy

I just competed 9 months of PT at Forever Fit Physical Therapy on Osborne Rd St Mary’s Georgia. I have been to PT several times in my life but Erin and her wonderful staff have been amazing. They are professional and friendly. They listen to your issues and work with your Dr. They communicated with my Doctors throughout my treatment. I graduated yesterday and they did give me a heads up that the end of treatment was coming soon Insurance only covers so many visits but they planned out my course of treatment that they were able to help me accordingly. When I walked into FF the first time , I could hardly walk and I was in a great deal of pain. Erin evaluated me and she said we will be able to help you and you will be pain free. I reminded them of that as I left their office yesterd

Erin Russo and Forever Fit are amazing. I've been dealing with some neck and back issues for a while. After one visit, she was able to help e find some relief. It's like she said, it didn't get tis way overnight so it will take some time to make it right. Just knowing that I'm dealing with someone who knows me, knows my issues, is highly skilled and cares is a blessing. Thank you to Erin and everyone at Forever Fit.

I went to Forever Fit for sciatica. Erin, the doctor (of Physical Therapy) started every visit with an assessment of progress and goals - physical testing and dialogue. She used a variety of treatments (laser heat, dry needle, TENS, etc.) to give me enough relief to start exercises. There’s no quick-fix for sciatica, but by the time we were done it was gone and I was back playing golf pain-free from sciatica AND from chronic lower back pain that I had lived with for at least thirty years. I still start every morning with the exercises that Erin and Megan taught me. This isn’t a big PT/fitness center. They get to know each patient as an individual. They have the equipment they need, but their goal is for you to “graduate” and resume your lifestyle with what you can do at home.

The discomfort in my back had made it impossible for me to play golf. After a series of sessions with Erin and Tony there was a noticeable improvement. I continued with treatments and the muscles in my back became stronger and the pain subsided. Months later, I am back to full physical activity and I am playing golf again, pain free.

I have been to many PTs and when I came here it was the FIRST ever to truly help me and educate me in what was happening and why different therapies are working or potentially not working. They also gave me practices to do at home when I’m not in therapy to help me not have to return as often. They are also very kind and professional. They really do care here and I will never recommend anyone else but Forever Fit, Erin and her team!
