Truly one of the worst experience over the countless navy medical facilities I’ve been to. Even though I have had the same prescription, prescribed by a navy doc filled at multiple bases, this location went out of their way to deny they fill. They made me sit an hour while calling TRICARE who approved the fill, to then call around the command and finally asked some random person if they should override TRICAREs approval, and they did. Mind you this is minoxidil, and it WAS approved by TRICARE for my use due to extenuating circumstances but instead of helping, they went out of their way to do the opposite. I will be filing an ice complaint as well.
The worst pharmacy ever!!! Long hours wait to get in line!! They are taking forever to take customers!! The lady in front ignoring customers as if we are invisible!!! All of them taking time like no one was there. They are so slow!!! They should think people in need of medication are also dont feel good too and they have the audacity to laugh and talk a lot like there is no one waiting.. very poor customer service!!
The experience can vary wildly depending on the time of day. Some times there is little to no line and things go as they're supposed to. Other times, especially when people are stopping in after work or around lunch it can be ridiculous and you'll see all the problems others mention. Staff wait on people who don't follow directions to call in meds ahead of time or send them to be filled at the wrong location. Instead of asking them to request their Rx correctly and wait in the chairs, they hold up the line while staff fill their Rx while standing at the window. Meanwhile everyone else who did it right now have to stand around waiting even longer. The staff are often moving very slowly andsocializing with each other and joking when there is a long line of frustrated people waiting to get s
If there’ a NO STAR thats what they deserve … these people has no compassion and need customer service training … the pharmacy techs are very rude … at the front … never had a good experience with them
It took 15 minutes for clerk to issue drugs to ONE person at window. Why?…. One wonders. Meanwhile, security guard scolded those waiting in line to be sure we already had our prescription called in and ready; “otherwise, it really slows down the line; it’s not the clerk’s fault”. I beg to differ. Clerk should not make the call for patient and while holding up the rest of us who had already made proper arrangements for our prescriptions. Those who followed the procedure were essentially punished while the rule breaker got special treatment.
