I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Nantucket Hospital for the excellent care provided. From the moment I arrived at the reception until my departure, I was treated with professionalism, attention, and genuine care. The team is extremely dedicated and demonstrates an admirable commitment to patients’ well-being. The care I have received, both in the emergency department and during my prenatal appointments, has been impeccable. During such an important and delicate time, feeling welcomed and well cared for made all the difference. I would like to extend my recognition and gratitude to all the professionals involved for the outstanding service they provide to the community. My sincere thanks to everyone.

Dr. Lieberman was incredibly thorough and attentive from the very first visit. After my previous doctor refused to see me and wouldn’t release my records, Dr. Lieberman somehow still grasped my full medical history and addressed everything thoughtfully. I feel better cared for now than I ever did before. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in his patients. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor.

This place is an absolute joke. Nantucket Cottage Hospital feels less like a hospital and more like an overpriced waiting room designed to drain your wallet and send you home exactly as sick as you arrived. They do the absolute bare minimum. You come in needing actual medical care and get treated like an inconvenience. No medication. No real treatment. No plan. Just a quick shove out the door with a bill. What exactly is the point of going here? Oh, and communication is nonexistent. Prescriptions quietly expire with zero notice, zero follow-up, and zero responsibility taken on their end. Apparently patients are expected to be mind readers. There is zero accountability and zero professionalism. If you actually need competent medical care, or just basic professionalism, look elsewhere!

The lab is a joke. Can't read a doctors lab order requiring me to time medication and do a return visit. Perhaps some training on how to do a proper blood draw would help them to. Most uncomfortable experiences getting blood drawn. Unfortunately this is the islands only provider. Would recommend going off island if you have the time.

These people are scammers. I confirmed how much my visit is gonna be they said $300. They asked me how much I’d like to pay and I said I will pay everything in full. Paid $300 and then they sent me a bill for $776. I spent 3 min with a doctor and had nothing additional done.
