We are SO grateful to all the staff at Mystic Park Nursing and Rehabilitation, especially in the Memory Care Unit, for the compassionate care they gave my mother in law during her recent respite stay this past weekend. Even though she had a challenging episode, the team handled it with professionalism, kindness, and kept me informed at all times. It gave me such peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. I've been going to this facility and many others for almost 4 years I can definitely say that front desk miss mary is exceptionally the greatest front desk receptionist I have ever came across She is one of the very few front desk receptionists that always has a smile, makes you feel welcomed; and most importantly, she is involved with the patient's and makes them feel involved, seen, and loved.

We absolutely love everything about Mystic Park and staff. We bring Mom in for respite care every 8 weeks or so, and everyone remembers Mom and is so patient and kind with her..Mom has adapted well, and maintains her functions and weight while in care. It is a huge relief knowing she is super cared for while we are able to take a break.Iwill also add, the facility and grounds are highly maintained, and smells great. We just love this place!!

My Brother in law stays there. I Think it’s straight, they have games they play on certain days and they do things like that instead of sitting around you know looking like a Bump on a log yeah they may be old, but they’re not stupid. They would like to get their mind going too.! The staff is very nice
