Bill has done a great job. He explains why we are doing the exercises with a smile as I am pushing through knowing I will get better. The guy is full of interesting knowledge, which is nice because as you go through your exercises a conversation makes the pain go away! ( not really but you forget for a moment)

Dr. Richardson helped me rehabilitate my back after a lifting injury. I went from having difficulty putting on my socks with limited mobility and severe pain to increased flexibility and improved strength. It was easy to forget what "normal" was when I was experiencing that level of pain and the thought of surgery was daunting. After I decided to go for rehab, my optimism and confidence grew along with my recovery progress. I strongly - pun intended - recommend Dr. Richardson for injury related rehab needs. :D

I tore my medial meniscus in March and Dr. Richardson explained the principles behind which movements I should and should not be doing in my rehab journey. I got more benefit in understanding from my visit with him then I did with the multiple Orthos I visited. The exercises he suggested I added to my existing program have been invaluable, and 4 months out I am happy to report I am on my way to recovering full function. The next triathlon I compete in will largely be because of the foundation he is helping me regain. My experience with Dr Richardson was excellent! I have had an ongoing shoulder pain issue as well as knee pain for many many months. I began to think this was something I was going to have to live with. Dr Richardson gave me a very thorough examination going over each area and showing me each muscle on his iPad so I can understand. He went through each exercise to see which muscles were my weakest and strongest. It was a very enlightening experience for me. I learned so much about what I was doing right and wrong during my workouts. I took home exercises to strengthen my areas of weakness and with in a little over 1 month I totally felt like a new person. Exercise is my passion and I am so happy that I came back better and stronger than ever!
