For Dr. COLIN MCGRAW, NOT for MyMichigan! This 5-star rating is specifically for the outstanding physician; Colin Mcgraw, for his unique care that he provides us during our continuing care in his clinic. I - personally- am not a fan of MyMichigan Health, and have many objections against their philosophy, but when we were referred for the Continuing Care Office for my husband who was in transition between PCPs with a 10 months waiting period, we were assigned with Dr. McGraw. Honestly, the first time I saw him, I had some doubts as he seems young and he was very quiet, so I thought he might not have enough experience to help in my husband’s case and we might not get enough help from him…I was - definitely- WRONG! HORRIBLE So we were relieved when we found this place we THOUGHT!! WE had been looking for a primary for over 3 months. We seen a dr Thompson. The charge my inc for seeing a different dr?? They set up our primary care appointments, wow how cool right? NOT we waited over a month for this appointment. I get to my appointment a month later @9am and was told we don't take your inc!!! Whattt! So the continuing care clinic didn't make sure that they take our insurance before making the appointment. WOW smh 😕 you had 1 job.. then I call to inform them the mistake they made, and I have YET to hear back about a prescription, they refilled my husband that you're not supposed to abruptly stop! And now they won't call back or help us! Don't waste your time save your inc some money.

Tried to get help since I can’t get into a primary until December and then they give me a number for the same reason place that can’t see me until December. Just save your time from going here and wait months to see a primary if you really need anything you’ll be just wasting your time going here.

These people are ignorant and unprofessional. They are all in the wrong business if helping people is their job.
