Dr. Shanks is very professional and friendly. He explains everything very well. His office staff is also very helpful and makes one feel very welcomed and comfortable. I recommended this place very highly.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, cared for, and genuinely seen (pun intended). The front desk staff (Andrew & Diamond) was kind and quick and the entire appointment flowed smoothly without feeling rushed. The Dr took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable. You can tell this is someone who truly cares about their patients, not just their eyesight, but their overall experience. The office itself is clean, organized, have bottled water available and smells nice. Browsing the frames was actually fun (which I did not expect to say in my lifetime). The front office staff are always so friendly, polite and helpful.The General Mgr Andrew is amazing and so helpful and knowledgeable. He made trying on glasses and choosing a style very easy and fun. I left feeling confident and happy with all of the extra features he explained, especially the anti glare for driving at night. This is an awesome team and deserve a big praise! Sharon V

The folks here really proved themselves in a great way! They really showed what an eye exam visit should be, from start to finish - and they did it with a smile! Apparently the place that I used to go to got taken over by a new company. When I had called there, thinking it was my same eye doctor, I found out that she wasn't there anymore. I was treated rudely by the person on the phone and I decided to take my business elsewhere - And I chose these folks, My Eye Dr. I'm so glad I did! Absolutely fantastic experience here! Dr Shanks and his team are amazing! They are always so nice and make sure you are comfortable during the entire process. Diamond and Ariel listened and answered my hundreds of questions and were so patient with me and im so appreciative of them. They worked so hard to get me the best deals on my glasses. Thanks to this team I was able to keep my original pair from the year before plus get a back up pair at an affordable price. Included a picture of my original frames 😊
