MY SCRIPTS PHARMACY

I love this pharmacy much more than any drugstore chain I’ve used in the past- I have never run into issues with prescriptions out of stock. The staff are very nice and helpful when I’ve had any insurance or authorization concerns. My only recommendation: if you do not need prescriptions mailed and can do pick up, it is much faster to call directly rather than use the Nimble app for refills.

Unfortunately I have been going there for over a year and every single time something is wrong. This morning Christmas eve. I got a call from a tech. She asked if she wanted me to process my prescription I said yes. So she asked if she could change the card on file. I did no I would pay with my hsa when I got there a different card. She hung up the phone and charged the card without my permission to my account. It declined because it was the wrong one, which I already explained. She did not care. I called back several times with no answer and was asked to hold. After the 8th hold I requested help and they wanted to to hold again because they had 5 people waiting. The pharmacist told I was rude for asking her to help me and she all said that looks like no one charger your card. I offered

Great experience and Excellent service! Due to insurance restrictions, I had a prescription filled here and had an amazing experience. They worked with my insurance and coupons to get me the prescription at no charge. When I called I did not have to wait on hold for a long time. They were very kind, and open to respectfully explaining the process. They also shipped the prescription directly to me so I didn't have to go pick it up!

I have had so many problems with some major chain pharmacies in the area. As soon as myself and my husband switched to MyScripts getting our specialty prescriptions has been seamless. Not to mention they always answer the phone and are so helpful. I highly would recommend them and have done so to others in the area.

Shout out to Ashley at My Scripts! She provided fantastic service to solve a problem I had when needing to refill some hard to find acne prescriptions for one of my teens. Ashley was so professional and easy to work with, and solved my problem and got the medications to me within 24 hours, which felt like a miracle! I was at first very concerned about dealing with an online pharmacy, but the experience was outstanding thanks to Ashley's competence and caring approach to her job. 5 stars to My Scripts and 6 Stars to Ashley!
