My Orthodontist - Cherry Hill

Excellent customer service skills. Very polite staff! I am happy I chose them after visiting 2 other locations, this is where I felt most confortable receiving treatment for my son.

My child been coming here for about a year, dentist/ assistant has never once said one single word to me. Whether it’s regarding her teeth or just a Good-morning. Everybody is rude. I asked for an extra copy of the doctor note 1 time since, the new appointment and doctors note is on the same page. The lady went and cut the paper in half. I pay cash for my child’s dental work. Any time, I ask for a different time appointment they act like they can’t work with me. The only good I have to say is that we’re in and out every time . I’m a nurse and have no clue what’s going on with my own child .

I literally love my orthodontist! The staff is so sweet and welcoming, and they always make me feel comfortable. The office is super clean and cute, and my smile is coming along sooo good. I’m actually excited for my appointments 🥰 Definitely recommend!!

Shoutout to Lisanny Jerez for being so pleasant when it comes to explaining how the process works. Very nice and easy to talk to. When you guys reach out, ask about her!
