My Favorite Dental Clinic

I have a terrible fear of the dentist and an anxiety disorder. I have also had the same dentist for 15 years so moving to a new dentist was a big step. I was really nervous but the lady on the phone assured me it would be okay. I get there for my appointment and I feel okay. Then I go back into the room and am met with judgement. They took some X-rays and told me I needed a deep cleaning. They said they wouldn’t even attempt a regular clean and that my insurance won’t pay for a deep cleaning. It would be $800. Wouldn’t it have been beneficial for them to do a regular cleaning so my teeth don’t get worse? They made me feel so judged and even more anxious. I could’ve given this office 1 star except I think their front desk staff is very kind. I went there a year ago to have my teeth cleaned and got a filling. After that the filling just didn’t feel good with food being stuck there all the time but I just thought they did their best and it could just be my own problem. Fast forward to this year, they called and scheduled a cleaning and when I got there, a lady named Mary took an x ray, looked at my teeth and said I needed a deep clean, she was asking me all kinds of weird questions, almost to the point she wants to shame me for not taking care of my teeth, like: how often do you have your teeth cleaned, how often do you floss a day and then later on I asked how much it cost for a deep clean, someone else come in and said my insurance doesn’t

The BEST dental office!!! It’s called My Favorite Dental Clinic for a reason and that’s because after coming here you will love this place! Dr Ma and her team are fantastic. I’ve been coming here for years and just got around to writing a review. I have boasted in the past about how much I love my dentist to a friend of mine and he asked for her info today. When I pulled up google to pass along the clinic info, I felt it necessary to finally write a review. Some major pros of this practice: ease of scheduling, ease of cancellation, price and insurance accepted, friendliness, cleanliness, goodie bag at each visit, and very QUICK!! If you are looking for a very thorough dentist who explains issues on X-rays, is a quick cleaner but also has a gentle touch then this is the place for you. Dr M

I have been a patient here for a few years now and I have to say how great the service is! They do amazing work, never long waits (if any), and staff is always so friendly :)

One of the best dentists in the area. Their prices are fair, and their office workers are very nice. Their facilities are very clean, and Dr. Ma is very nice. She did great work on my teeth, and was very accommodating of my fear of needles. She let my family hold my hand when she injected the numbing stuff. Overall, great place! Kid friendly too!
