Horsham Square Pharmacy

This pharmacy is amazing. Wonderful service and they really go the extra mile for their customers. They also have a lovely store with unique items that never fail to get ooohs and aaaahs when gifted. The prices are fair across the board.

The staff at Horsham Square Pharmacy can best be described as exceptional. They truly care about their patients and treat them with respect and dignity - not as just another customer. Tom has created a culture of caring, and every staff member understands the patient’s situations, conditions, medical and pharmaceutical history, and tailors their care to those factors to ensure the best possible outcomes. The human element is what is missing from large retail chains, and the quality of service, commitment to excellence, and treating patients as humans - with dignity and respect - is unmatched compared to any pharmacy I’ve been to. I feel as though the pharmacists, technicians, and all staff know me personally and they are a member of my care team just as much as my other healthcare provider

Small pharmacy but all pharmacies these Days can take a lesson from the small neighborhood pharmacy they come with very high rating because they have a very high level of service! I thank them.. now I have read some of the reviews since the pharmacy was sold I hope that it's just a case where as the new owner getting comfortable and dealing with his clients and that it will improve and bring it back to the comments and reviews that made this a great pharmacy in the neighborhood. Caring in customer service these days is so hard to find and so sad when we lose it.

BUYER BEWARE! I have been a customer at this pharmacy for a few years and couldn't have been more pleased with the service, competency and friendliness of the entire staff. The pharmacy was sold recently. I was happy to continue as a customer and to give the new owner a chance to maintain the same levels of customer service as I was accustomed to. I had a few interactions with the new owner and was very displeased with his attitude and how he spoke to both me and my husband. I decided to have my prescriptions transferred to another local pharmacy, Eric's in Horsham. After four attempts by the new pharmacist to have this done, over a two week span, the transfer has not taken place. At this point, it was easier to contact my physician and have new scripts sent to Eric's since it should not
