As women, we often don’t discuss the issues that come along with aging and our pelvic floor. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Nicole and Uplift. Dr. Nicole is extremely knowledgeable and has taught me so much about my body. It is more than just practicing Kegels, it’s many different muscles in the body. Dr. Nicole has given me weekly exercises that have helped address my specific concerns.I happy to report I have seen significant improvement after 2 months. Dr. Nicole was amazing to work with. She was so patient with me and always thinking of ways to adjust workouts so they actually worked for where I was at, instead of pushing me too hard. As a mom of a young kid, she completely understood the limited time and energy I had and was always flexible and supportive with my care. Highly recommend Dr. Nicole of Uplift Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy. I’m a PT myself, so I was reluctant to seek help from another PT thinking what I had been doing would help in time. After struggling with many symptoms over 1 year after having my son, I finally reached out & am so thankful I did! Dr. Nicole not only addressed my chronic pelvic floor dysfunction, she addressed my poor endurance & limited whole body strength, as well as provided encouragement & support in my postpartum journey. She was patient with my son as he joined me during my sessions which was especially helpful & made each visit more relaxing & productive! I plan to see her again in the future before subsequent babies for birth & labor prep!
