Liberty Urgent Care

Liberty Urgent Care is the only urgent care facility I would choose. I’ve had multiple visits over many years - the staff and care are outstanding. Marla, the Doctor on staff today was truly a gem: quickly worked with me on the diagnosis and offered stellar background, information, and care. Her bedside manner was positive and super-helpful. Nurse and check in staff wonderful as well. Today was a simple visit; however 2 years ago, I had severe walking pneumonia. LUC took care of me; diagnosed quickly; and truly saved me. Highly recommend this provider, group, and facility.

Great experience from the moment I walked in. Ryan, Candy and Billy were very helpful and pleasant…it was pretty crowded and many people were checking in. They took their time with each customer yet still managed to get things moving quickly. I did not wait long to be seen, and Cara was also patient and knowledgeable and got me squared away quickly, but not once was I rushed. I definitely suggest this location, for their friendly staff, cleanliness and efficiency.

From the moment I walked into the moment I left, everyone was super hospitable. The atmosphere had an amazing vibe to it. It's nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get a physical for work or who needed urgent care. I hope everyone reading this has the most amazing day on purpose

The doctor that I saw today was wonderful. I scheduled my appointment for 8:10 in the morning online, but didn’t realize that it was not actually an appointment and was surprised at the delay while the waiting room emptied out before I was taken. I understand that was my oversight and that the 810 was intended to help stagger People arriving. Perhaps it would be helpful if the online information included something like “first come first served”

Today I had a wonderful experience during my pre-employment check up. I’m at a time in my life where things have been not going my way. And now I’m on track to a well paying job for me and my family. I want to say starting with Billy at the front desk he was very clear at the instruction and treated me like I was someone. Then Dez was remarkably in making sure I was comfortable with the different task she had me perform. And then came Cara with a delightful personality and a good attitude.
