My Family Dentist

**EDIT** This is my third visit today. The staff and doctor are very kind, and I will not take that away from them. However, my fiancé had a 12pm & I had a 1230pm appointment today. We knew last time they were a little behind so we decided to get there at least half an hour earlier (1130pm). My fiancé got taken back a little after 1pm and got seen just before 2pm. I didn't get taken back until a little after 2pm. Jeff came to apologize a little while later and told me that Dr. Schroeder had to leave, but the other doctor was coming in about half an hour. Mind you, we didn't eat lunch and left work well before our lunch time to make it on time. I was hangry at this point. Since my fiancé finished, I decided to leave with him. This is the best dentist I have had for my kids yet! Dr.S and Abby did an amazing job. They knew what they were doing and made my kids feel comfortable! Ale at the front desk was extremely nice and caring about our needs!

EDIT UPDATED 11/20/2024: While I do still trust this office more than others, things have becomes quite different from when it was still an early office. Without Dr. Dan there often, it's like turning your back on a classroom and expecting everyone to be on their best behavior. I am stripping a star from my previous review, not because they are a bad office, but because they are becoming increasingly unreliable. I hope this changes. I've been a patient with this office since my 10 year old was a toddler. Anyone who says they cannot believe any bad reviews, I honestly hope you can keep that opinion of this office and never strike a nerve with anyone there. Also... Best staff and doctors. Dr. Dan and Dr. Schroeder are the best, they’re so nice, thoughtful, professional, and knowledgeable. I and my kids have been a patient of this office in the past 5 years. They have always went out of their way to help me with my out of pocket costs. They are extremely affordable comparing to other dental offices in the area. I can not imagine that some of the negative reviews comes from real patients of this office. I highly recommend this dental office and their doctors and their staff.
