Easy in and out. We went right as they opened up and were seen right away. Paperwork was done quickly using my phone. They even offered a snack to my daughter as we were leaving. The doctor did talk really fast, but I feel like that’s all medical places. I would recommend trying to have any questions ready a head of time. The pharmacy is in the same parking lot, which made it easy to pick up the prescription.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for the excellent care I received today. From the moment I checked in at the front desk to the nurse and the physician who treated me, everyone was kind, attentive, and professional. I needed assistance with a translator, and they arranged one immediately. The translator was wonderful and made me feel comfortable and understood throughout the visit. I truly appreciate the compassion, efficiency, and respect I experienced. Thank you for taking such good care of me. 🙏🏼😊

Went in was seen at my appointment time. Had a breathing treatment and some anti nausea meds.. was out in 40 minutes I first gave 5 stars, then called next day to get my test results for the flu or covid.. after a 6 minute wait the nice young man came back and said they never ran my test. It was important to me as I live with a person that is immune deficient..

This is my 2nd time to the Indigo clinic. First time was for an injury a couple of years ago, waited forever. This time, just sick and I called in first. Huge difference! She sent me a link to the pre-arrival forms, piece of cake. I arrived on time and waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. Medical assistant immediately took my vitals and asked the usual questions, all good. Doctor came in a few minutes after that! All business, but I was a simple sinus infection so I didn’t need a lot of hand holding (not my first rodeo). Got a scrip for antibiotics, and a discussion about maybe try to ride it out a day before starting the meds; my body might just beat it. I’m not a fan of antibiotics so I appreciated that. Although I wasn’t impressed with my first visit, this one went smoothly a

4 year old had a run in with the coffee table and we needed it glued together. Everything about our experience was really smooth and professional. A bit of a wait for the doctor but they got us into a room and seen by a nurse right away instead of hanging out in the waiting room. The team were all really friendly and helped my kid feel comfortable and safe. We were even offered beverages and he left with a handful of lollipops and stickers, plotting his tell-off to our coffee table. Amazing team— will be going back for any future kid injuries!
