MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care - Bothell

Brought my eight-year-old in last night to get checked for a broken arm. Deborah was so kind and helpful. She was so great with my son and answered all of his random kid questions. Michelle took the x-ray and made him comfortable and also answered all of his questions. She showed him what his x-ray looked like and he thought that was so cool! They both really validated him as the patient and gave him great attention even though he is a kid! It made a stressful night easier having Deborah and Michelle helping us!

Avoid this facility! They prioritize billing over patient care. My son had a severe reaction to medication they prescribed. Following their own 'After Visit Summary' instructions (see attached photo), I called twice to report the rash and for advice while my son was actively in medication course, but the staff refused to let me speak to a provider and insisted I come in. Once I was there, they forced me to pay for the visit. Shockingly, the provider (NP) then confirmed I never needed to come in and could have handled it over the phone. They ignore their own written protocols just to trick vulnerable parents into extra fees. My formal complaint was dismissed with a 'every visit is billable' excuse. Absolute money-grab. Stay away!

I can't recommend Indigo in Bothell enough! Every visit has been incredibly positive, starting with how quickly we're able to get appointments. The doctors are not only kind but also genuinely listen to all our concerns, which is so reassuring. But I especially wanted to shine a spotlight on Michelle❤️, one of their concierge practitioners. Honestly, people like her are rare gems! She is the absolute best – so incredibly kind and patient, especially with my kids. On several occasions, she went out of her way to amuse them and give them toys, making our waiting time so much easier and more enjoyable. It's those little touches that make a huge difference, and we truly appreciate her wonderful care!

Our son had a bad cough and fever for a few days, so we decided to play it safe and take him on a Saturday evening. We don’t have an appointment and just dropped in. From the start the staff were phenomenal. They managed to squeeze us in despite not having an appointment. They were super helpful in getting us set up, pulling insurance details from a prior visit many years ago, helping us navigate the setup form, and offering tea and coffee while we were waiting. One the exam started they were super great with our three year old, making him feel very comfortable. They explains everything in great detail but also made an effort to get us back home quickly once they confirmed everything looked ok. Thankfully, it was just a simple cold but the staff took all precautions and necessary measures

The wait time was long but I stayed so my kiddo could get the best care and she definitely did. I’ve come here a few times and the staff members are wonderful and patient. I truly appreciate you guys being really close to home. Thank you to the sweet gal that said I was a good mama. Definitely made me feel great about life considering raising an autistic kiddo isn’t easy. Thank you!
